- TFTravis FarrisSep 29, 20261.0The finance manager Ron is bully for lack of better words. My ex had not been paying for her furniture and I was getting calls multiple times a day demanding payment. Finally he had overstepped in a voicemail, and demanded payment or the furniture or he would take legal action against me. My name ISN'T EVEN ON THE CONTRACT. I snapped on him over the phone, he hung up, and then I went to the store and demanded my number to be removed and to not contact me. I helped make payments for my ex to keep them from contacting other family members per their request, until they too were getting threats and I cut all ties and payments. Somehow he had gotten my address and was begging to show up at least once a week until he finally caught me home on a day off. He had then began bullying again, demanding payment, or he was going to take legal action. I told him my name wasn’t even on the contract to go ahead and take legal actions. He then got to the point that he said he would like to come inside and collect the furniture since this was where it was delivered. I MOVED OVER A YEAR AGO and don’t even have possession of the furniture. After multiple peaks inside I began to lose my patience and started closing the door. I paid the remainder of her balance today, and do not want to be contacted, nor my family about anything anymore. I don’t care if it’s even about compensation. How this man is part of management I truly don’t understand, I guess because bullying is an effective way to get paid in the end. Not a way I would run a business if I were the owner. Not a company I will use, or recommend to anyone at this time. If I weren’t fed up with this company, I’d take legal actions myself. I recommend to anyone who read this to reconsider, check online for deals, or try Rent a Center if you must, but this place is criminal.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
