  They used to be a very good company to deal with. I’ve purchased a tree from them and other products in the past. Not any more in my experience. I purchased 7 shrubs that weren’t in stock. I was promised someone would call with an update about when they were available and able to be installed and delivered. No one ever called. I had to call several times to get updates. Each time I was promised a call a week later. A week would come and go and no one would call. I’d call again and be made promises to call me with updates that they never intended to honor. Finally the bushes were in stock and I was able to purchase. They arrived at the house and were installed. 2-3 months later and 1 bush is now dying. I called to start the warranty process and was told to email pictures and details. I emailed pictures of the dying shrub, provided a detailed description of the issue and history and was promised someone would contact me in 7-10 days. We are now in the 3rd week since my email and I’ve heard from no one. I responded to my initial email that no one has contacted me and someone named Leah said she would “let them know”. Still haven’t heard from anyone Today I called the corporate office and left a voicemail, supposedly for one of the Meadows owners. Not sure of the 1st name, Diane maybe. I’ll see if I get a call back. In hindsight I should have walked away when it was so hard to buy the plants from them. Maybe my experience will save someone the frustration. 3 Hours Later… Guess who called me? Not sure if it was this post or the voicemail that prompted their action. Apologized for the delay and said the dying plant will be replaced. Couldn’t tell me when they were coming out but said… “they’d call me in a few days with a date and time”. lol We’ll see if I get that call, or if I’ll have to stalk them again. At least they responded.

  If you are lucky enough to meet and work with Seana Ankers, you will have won the landscape design lottery. She is articulate, so knowledgeable, a true plant whisperer. Her gift for design surpasses any other nursery designer I have worked with. Importantly, she will not try to sell you more than you need or sell you plants and trees that will not flourish in your yard. If you are looking for a thorough and gifted landscape designer, insist on Seana Ankers.

  Seana Ankers had designed four different areas on our property- each project was thoughtfully designed with native and deer resistant plants (where possible). She is talented , collaborative and extremely responsive! We have several more projects in mind and will be calling Seana! Thank you!
