- TSTracey Smith3 days ago5.0I love this meadow farms store. It is always well presented and well stocked. Very tidy and appealing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I live an hour away but I always stop in when passing. This store always goes above and beyond during Halloween. My grandkids have remembered this and today asked me if I could take them there to see the haunted bus, etc!
- VFVictoria Newman Ford5 days ago5.0Nice selection, friendly service! Plants are in great condition. The holly steeds I purchased are beautiful. Plus, I found all the perennials on my list fall plantings this season.

- BSBeautiful SoulSep 20, 20261.0I went here intending to purchase a couple of Japanese maple trees and about $1,000 worth of fall flowers and landscaping plants. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I asked multiple employees for help several times and was repeatedly ignored. I eventually went inside and specifically asked for assistance, then waited for more than an hour. During that time, the Japanese maple I had already asked multiple people to purchase was sold to another customer who arrived after I did. The tree was not marked sold, reserved, or on hold. What made the experience even more upsetting was the difference in how customers appeared to be treated. My husband is Hispanic, and we noticed that white customers were being greeted and assisted shortly after arriving, while we continued to be overlooked despite repeatedly asking for help. I went back inside and explained to the cashier that we had never received assistance and that the tree we came specifically to buy had now been sold. We were prepared to spend a significant amount of money that day, but after this experience, we chose to take our business elsewhere. I hope management takes concerns like this seriously and ensures that every customer receives the same level of attention and service, regardless of who they are.
