Loved that we could walk in, find what we wanted and walk out with the product the same day! No waiting 2-3 weeks like other furniture stores. They even went to the warehouse and got a couch that was wrapped and had never been on the show floor for me. Will absolutely shop with them again. Highly recommend!
- LLLyricMay 20, 20262.0I am throwing a $2,700 couch out over a year after purchasing. The cushions have all busted open in the zipper area, and the bottom fabric of the couch torn upon arrival. The construction of the couch is quite wobbly a year after purchase. When we reached out about replacement cushions we were told we would have to purchase them because it was over a year since purchase, of course. The workers are very personable and helpful, but it is still discouraging to spend so much and get such quality.

I've since moved, and the furniture itself has held up so well, even with a couple bangs here and there while moving (NOT from the delivery team). The coffee table and tv stand are both Ashley Furniture and were such a good deal compared to your standard furniture stores. I believe my couch is also from Ashley, but I'm not entirely sure. My boyfriend also ended up going back and got a wrap-around couch that fits perfectly. I love how every time we go in, the team is so friendly and welcoming, but aren't pushy or overbearing like you'd experience in a typical furniture store. Patrick is so super helpful with everything, especially setting up delivery. They also will ask if there's something specific you are looking for, and will let you know if the piece is coming in soon.
