  Not sure what the technician did. The color of the lawn, where he put down the treatment is noticeable. About the width of a lawnmower right next to the house. You can see where nothing was put down due to the different colors.

  I retained the company about two years ago. On second year. I had a weed issue and I asked them to take care of it because I was paying them over $100 a service and they should’ve been treating for weeds anyway I don’t know why I had to make the call. They brought someone out that did not know what he was doing and damaged a third of my yard, an acre lot In my front yard was really damaged. So I had to except a-damaged yard through the rest of the summer into the next spring.They did treat my property, but to this day, my yard has not been restored 100 Percent And there’s still a weed problem. Prior to them I had ALM and my grass looked incredible. I went to natural Lawn because I wanted to have my lightning bugs restored in my yard, but that never happened either Today I get an email from the manager stating that they are no longer gonna service my yard Because they cannot restore it to its original state. Big disappointment, a minimum expectation is a phone call to discuss the situation. I do have weeds in my yard So if you’re expecting a service to get rid of your weeds, this is not the one. also get the background and years of service when the technician comes out every time. As it’s not always the same technician.

  Probably not good to demand a review after what? 2 visits? I've seen no change yet, ask again next spring.

  I have been with Natural Lawn of America for about three years now, my lawn prior to them was in terrible sharp. I had one lawn company tell me to kill it all off and start over, but NLA has made my lawn the envy of our neighborhood, and we live in a very high class neighborhood with numerous lawn services.
