  I am so pleased with the great support and professionalism from the Lazy Boy floor reps, Sandra and also Nicole Dunn. I had trouble narrowing down a fabric, but with the suggestions provided I ended up so excited to order our chair/ottoman and wall recliner !! I can’t wait for delivery. We full-time rv and our space is small, but these two chairs will add a much needed POP!! And a retro one at that-as I’m in love with the fabric choices today signaling the best of the best from the 70’s decor we grew up with! The nostalgia vibe is what I wanted but with a “today” feeling as well. Ask for Sandra and/or Nicole Dunn in the Virginia Beach Blvd. Store in Virginia Beach, VA!! You will not be disappointed! My photos are print outs as the furniture is special Order.

  The product speaks for itself. Steve was great. Answered all our questions and concerns. Great sales and warranty without the extra cost. We can't wait to get our leather Greyson sofa in camel color built from the factory 6-8 week's.

  I walked in looking for a lamp or two was met by a wonderful person who greeted me and was very helpful. I left with the most beautiful unique picture made of wood .Thank you ladies of la z Boy ,I'll see you soon.

  Love love love my LazyBoy recliner! I have had it for 2 months now and it is the best chair I have ever had. Also a shout out to Steve the manager he was fantastic to work with. Looking forward to buying a sofa and loveseat later this year at Lazy Boy!

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Worker would not give name, continuously berated my father in law. Female, possibly management as she did not have a name badge. Used racial slurs, including the "N" word, several times. La-Z-Boy apparently did not have enough staff today, and told him HE had to help them breaking down and loading the cargo, which he was not able to do. The worker became argumentative and balled her fists up threatening violence. We expect professionalism from the businesses we support and we were extremely disappointed with our experience at this store.
