  I love this place. It's very convenient to get compost, and the prices are great. Just bring your bucket and shovel, pay up front, and take your receipt to the guy out back. Fill your bucket and done. They even let me borrow their shovel last time I went. They have organic leaf compost, so no need to get the bags at the home improvement monopolies. The gift shop is awesome. The nursery is a cool place just to browse around.

  Herb (great name!) helped us with mature landscaping needs while doing a massive Spring/Summer overhaul of our yard. He helped us pick out shrubbery, flowers, and ground coverage with tons of knowledge on the plants needs. Bonus points for having a military discount and a one year automatic warranty on our shrubbery. We will be returning for future gardening and landscaping needs.

  I had reached out to various local nurseries via the internet, and they are the only one that responded to me and responded promptly. I had about 8 to 10 different perennials I was looking for and they were able to get 90% of them for me. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were healthy and worked great for my landscape project.
