My experience with the company was good, fairly straightforward process. What made me this be an 5 review for me was Alexis. She was actually kind to me, which unfortunately we don’t see enough of in the world anymore. I have had my fair share of bad experiences if your reading this money on you trying to avoid having another one. The storage place itself was good for me when I needed it; climate controlled, access locked, various storage time frame offerings, price negotiation

We used this storage unit for almost 2 years without any issues however unfortunately the previous management did not inform us they had a rodent and moisture issue. Upon moving out all of our things were ruined. Alexis, the new manager was amazing she helped guide us through this situation which is the reason why they received 3 stars.
