  The team at Atlantis Pools just completed our custom liner pool. The entire process from planning to completion was handled professionally and with great communication. Ben and his team had ideas we hadn't thought of that we love and the end product is something we're going to enjoy for a long time. We'd highly recommend Atlantis Pools for any pool project you're thinking of.

  Five years ago, Atlantis built our pool, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. From day one, Ben Gallup walked us through the entire process. Even as the owner, he was incredibly hands-on, patient, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was done right. We had several custom requests and design changes, and Ben never made us feel like we were asking for too much. The end result is a beautiful pool that our family absolutely loves and enjoys every chance we get. A couple of years later, we had Atlantis install a pool heater so we could extend our swim season. I believe John was the lead on that project, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the Hayward heater itself, but those had nothing to do with Atlantis's installation. Every time we called, Atlantis responded quickly, came out promptly, and worked directly with Hayward to help get everything resolved. Having a company willing to advocate for their customers like that is rare. Most recently, we developed what turned out to be a sinkhole issue, something that's unfortunately not uncommon in Virginia Beach. Again, this had absolutely nothing to do with Atlantis's work, but one phone call to Ben and he was at our house almost immediately. He evaluated the situation, explained exactly what needed to happen, and had a plan in place right away. Mike came out, drained the pool, repaired the sinkhole, reset our liner, and had everything back together so quickly that we barely missed any pool time. What has impressed us the most isn't just the quality of the original build, it's the customer service years later. Atlantis didn't build our pool and disappear. Five years later, they're still just as responsive, professional, and committed to taking care of their customers as they were on day one. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its work and continues to support its customers long after the project is finished. Atlantis has done exactly that, and we recommend them without hesitation. Big thanks to Ben, Phoebe, Mike, John and the rest of the team!!!!!

  We had a wonderful experience with Atlantis. The process was simple from start to finish and our pool turned out better than we ever imagined. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner!

  If you are looking to have a pool and hardscape installed at your home, look no further than Atlantis Pools in Virginia Beach. In the summer of 2022, my wife and I meet with several pool builders serving Virginia Beach. After reviewing the proposals, it was clear that Atlantis Pools was head and shoulders above the rest. While they were not the least expensive, we believe that they offered a superior product. We signed our contract in August 2022 and had to wait until August 2023 to begin construction and the result was well worth the wait. Our pool, spa, and hardscaping were finally finished in December 2023, and we could not be happier. Throughout the construction, Ben and Phoebe kept us updated on all the actions and activity going on during the installation and they finished the pool on schedule. Again, if you are looking to have a pool and hardscaping in your backyard, you should seriously consider Atlantis Pools.

  We interviewed four inground pool installers and decided on Atlantis pools, and we're so glad we did! Ben was extremely professional in presenting a formal proposal to us, outlining how the work would be done as well as the financial outlay throughout the process. That professionalism, responsiveness and accountability continued throughout the entire process; it seemed like no question was too small for not only Ben, but his chief technician, Jon, and their entire crew on site. In addition, their office manager, Phoebe, was not only a delight to work with but ensured our questions or thoughts were moved along in a timely fashion to Ben and Jon. in short, promises were kept, timeline was established and met, issues / concerns were addressed and solved. While we enjoyed the pool in late summer / early Fall we are very excited to enjoy it all season long. I would highly recommend Ben and Atlantis Pools to anyone who was looking to install an inground pool.
