  We had a wonderful experience with Atlantis. The process was simple from start to finish and our pool turned out better than we ever imagined. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner!

  If you are looking to have a pool and hardscape installed at your home, look no further than Atlantis Pools in Virginia Beach. In the summer of 2022, my wife and I meet with several pool builders serving Virginia Beach. After reviewing the proposals, it was clear that Atlantis Pools was head and shoulders above the rest. While they were not the least expensive, we believe that they offered a superior product. We signed our contract in August 2022 and had to wait until August 2023 to begin construction and the result was well worth the wait. Our pool, spa, and hardscaping were finally finished in December 2023, and we could not be happier. Throughout the construction, Ben and Phoebe kept us updated on all the actions and activity going on during the installation and they finished the pool on schedule. Again, if you are looking to have a pool and hardscaping in your backyard, you should seriously consider Atlantis Pools.

  We interviewed four inground pool installers and decided on Atlantis pools, and we're so glad we did! Ben was extremely professional in presenting a formal proposal to us, outlining how the work would be done as well as the financial outlay throughout the process. That professionalism, responsiveness and accountability continued throughout the entire process; it seemed like no question was too small for not only Ben, but his chief technician, Jon, and their entire crew on site. In addition, their office manager, Phoebe, was not only a delight to work with but ensured our questions or thoughts were moved along in a timely fashion to Ben and Jon. in short, promises were kept, timeline was established and met, issues / concerns were addressed and solved. While we enjoyed the pool in late summer / early Fall we are very excited to enjoy it all season long. I would highly recommend Ben and Atlantis Pools to anyone who was looking to install an inground pool.

  This company is far and away the best I have ever used. As reference for this review, they have installed new equipment for me, and made several repairs on the existing system. The most important factor for me is that I can schedule an appointment in a matter of days, as opposed to weeks or months with other companies, and they have always arrived at the scheduled time. The technicians are knowledgeable and have made quality installs and executed thorough and complete repairs without adding unnecessary work or charges. For example, on the last call, my pump was not drawing and I fully expected to replace it. However, John cleaned the gasket and connections and it now works like a champ. To close, please note that I do not offer 5-star recommendations lightly, but Atlantis Pools has earned every bit of this rating.

  When we bought our house in Nov with a pool we were excited but I also know I would need help to maintain it. I’m so thankful I decided to go with Atlantis Pools. Ben was very helpful from the beginning and explained everything very well. Kimberly is so sweet every time I call. She returns calls very quick and is a great example of what customer service should be. John and Calvin came out and opened my pool. Both were extremely knowledgeable and more then willing to answer any questions I had and I had many. Atlantis Pools is a great choice, you won’t be disappointed. Also you cant beat the price for the value of service I have received.
