  These two canvasers stood in my yard and continued to attempt to sell me services until I began calling the police from my porch. They delayed leaving, asking if I was the homeowner, if I had recently purchased the home, if I had any bottled water, and on and on. I should not have to begin speaking to a police dispatcher to convince someone to get off of my property after I have told them multiple times to leave and to not return. This was at 11:06am on May 14, 2026. They did not introduce themselves, did not present any identification, and showed no indication of having a solicitation permit. I asked what they were selling, told them to leave multiple times, and then they just refused to leave. I felt very uncomfortable and threatened by their actions. I found the company via a search of their shirt color and their use of the hoverboards for transportation, which comes up easily and matches the barely visible logo on the only one with a company shirt.

  Alex and Isaac and team did a great job helping me. I have every bug and rodent you can think of. I had another pest service company and nothing ever got solved. I was even stood up by other pest company’s that I chose to go with. I was very intense with the guys because I needed help as a senior and a vet I just wanted this handled at a fair price. They finally knocked down my barriers with kindness and understanding and actually servicing me right on the spot. Thank you

  Trey was phenomenal and genuinely cares about my issues. I have been unhappy with how representatives come by when I’m not home, it leaves me feeling as if they don’t care for their customers. Trey, however, was very professional and helpful, and I have decided, because of him, to stick it out with Aptive for now.

  My Aptive PestControl Technician Breon Thrift is outstanding and needs to be given bonuses and a raise. Every time he comes over to take care of my monthly pest control service he always goes above and beyond. He is very thorough and very informative. He makes sure everything he had done on his previous visit is working and then adjusts from there. I am very happy with my service and would recommend them. I have full property perimeter service done plus termite treatment as well. So far we have had zero issues with pest.

  Unfortunately I have to give a star. OTHERWISE IT WON'T LET ME POST... 0/10 do I recommend. They come whenever they want and the barely do their job. They send a text message of the day they will come by but no time frame. Sometimes they don't even show up. Sometimes they will come by only to say they can't work today "Due to high winds" umm it's yorktown va. Do your job please. And whatever spray they use isn't strong enough WE HAVE TERRIBLE BUGS.. MUCH WORSE THAN BEFORE...
