Aptive products do NOT work!! It is Very ineffective. They are contact based. It's the only way to keep clients I'm sure. They serviced my home an entire year regularly and they did NOT rid my minor bug problem. I dropped their contract as soon as the year was over
We contacted a different company, received only ONE extermination service, and Wallah! problem solved!

The service is great, when they come out. Unfortunately, I requested a reservice since I hadn't gotten a new treatment date and received a confirmation from this that they'd be out 7/30. The mosquitos in this area are terrible and were very bad by this point. That reservice never happened and it was not until two weeks later that I received a text from the technician that he was on his way. No other communication in between. I love the service if they could just work out the timeliness and scheduling.

Abby showed up today and was delightful. Very personable and the overall experience was good! Since changing to Aptive we’ve seen a decrease in our bug situation. Keep up the good work Abby and Aptive!

Timely, responsible & professional delivery of services scheduled. They always text to inform that they’re on the way with their ETA. They also ask you at that time of any specific concerns that you would like for them to address other than your normal schedule services.

10 out of 10 not a fan of Aptive Pest Control. I've asked my husband to cancel multiple times, because he hired this company, and he hasn't as of yet, but I'll continue to bug him until he does.
They removed cobwebs the first time they came out and never again. I just took them down from around my doors and windows that I could reach the other day. We also still have mosquitos eating us alive. The last person that came out said they only carry so many of the bucket traps on them every day and when they're out, they're out. I live on the water, I NEED the traps to keep mosquitos at bay. It's a waste of $80+ a month. The spray alone clearly isn't doing anything.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
