  “Lupe” was great. He explained things so I could understand them. He helped me map out which sprinkler heads were with which zones. I recommend this company.i had no problems.

  The team did a great job installing a second meter for our irrigation and giving overall maintenance to the system. Oswaldo is a great manager and Esvin did a great job. Thank you !

  $160.00 to get a technician to come out to check on a problem for a new sprinkler system that was installed in December of 2025???? Where does the AFFORDABLE come in??? The sprinkler system was installed 6 months ago (new!) wow! I have a leak because when they installed the drip hoses, they left them exposed (not buried) and now a little critter got thirsty and punctured the hose … this $160 is only the fee to get the tech to come out … not parts or labor. Wow.

  I would give a negative star if I could. I first called them in October of last year due to a leak on the side of the house. They came out and "fixed" it and then winterized. The system was never on after the fix. Flash forward to this April when I called them to open the system. They reported several leaks that needed fixing and that they would have to come back. Several weeks later and an hour and a half late for the appointment window they fixed the leaks. I noticed the spot from October still looked mushy and pointed it out to the technician - the flag from the fall was still in the same spot. He said it was just residual water from turning the system off and on. I had a feeling there was an issue so I left the system off and 2 days later the ground was mush again. Called them back and another 2 weeks later they show up to tell me now it's a valve issue. They want to charge me a 3rd time to fix the original issue, plus return visit fees. I can't get in touch with anyone by phone and the service manager never calls back. Also, the 10% off you're supposed to get for having a service contract doesn't appear on the bill. The answer was that it's automatically reduced. It should show on the bill. I don't trust this company AT ALL! STAY AWAY!
