  Excellent service! I had a leak in the in ground irrigation system and my previous company said it would take 5 weeks to get it looked at. I called Affordable and got on the schedule in a week. Very professional estimate that was not rushed - repair leaking lines and reposition sprinkler heads to get better coverage in the landscaped area. After the estimate I was booked for service in a week. Service was great, everything was fixed and the team was friendly and helpful.

  We have used Affordable as our sprinkler service for a long time. The technicians are skilled and the work itself is fine, but the company's administrative staff has gaps in communication. For this visit we originally had $900 of adjustments and one head to add. I sent a detailed message a week ahead of the work, in reply to a work contract, to NOT add the head and to please advise the technician. The price was adjusted accordingly. I felt strongly about not adding the head, for multiple reasons. I returned home to find that the head had been added! I don't know how I could have communicated any clearer not to add it. My mistake for not being home to babysit the work while it was being done. .
