  I have known Matt as the goto guy for appliance repair for a number of years while living in Woodstock. I moved to Lake Frederick several years ago and was experiencing some trouble with my double oven. I called a local appliance repair and they spent 1 and a half days with my oven torn apart and once they finished I started to experience the same problem after only a week or so . I then decided to get a factory authorized KitchenAid tech and guess who was suggested. In less than an hour he had new parts installed and my oven back together and working. And his bill was less . Sometimes its just best to go with experience. Thanks Matt...

  After purchasing a dryer 3 months ago, it has completely stopped working. We contacted Whirlpool which then put us in touch with Matt's Appliance. Matt was supposed to be coming multiple days, each time was a no show with zero communication. We had seen a Matt's Appliance vehicle running around town when he was supposed to be on the way to our home to fix the dryer that he was supposed to have already fixed days ago. We were told multiple times throughout each day he was supposed to come, with it changing every time the hour passed. Their business hours are not accurate, and they will directly send you to voicemail if they do not wish to speak with you. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am not sure how you build a clientele when you do not show up to scheduled appointments. You cannot depend on this company.

  Our washing machine stopped working. It turned out to be a complicated problem. It took a total of 4 visits to analyze and repair. We just wanted you to know our washing machine is working very well for an extended period of time. We are positively impressed with your service. It was not an easy process to identify and resolve the problem, but you got it done. We thank you for your quality service and pricing. We did not have to buy a replacement washer!!

  We’ve been waiting for this Washer Machine to be fixed for a little bit more than a month, and we’re very frustrated with this situation. “Lowe’s Guarantee” when you buy their appliances, works with this company and until today it’s not been solved. This company doesn’t tell you exactly the time that they will be at your house, they tell you between 8am & 12pm, or between 3pm & 7pm. When they came the first time, they said that they need another part to fix the Washer. Second time didn’t showed up. The third time the technician came 8am (when we’re dropping kids at school) didn’t even wait for 5 minutes and left; did not give us a call (they have our number on file). Also we have a RING doorbell with camera & speaker and we were talking with the technician through it, he didn’t even answered..!!! I’m very upset, I’m very frustrated and I do not recommend this company at all. We’re gonna be ending buying a new washer machine (NOT FROM LOWES & NOT WITH MATTS APPLIANCE’s insurance). When I was calling the call center or front desk, I was very respectful and didn’t treat anyone they way that I don’t want to treat me; you guys from Matt’s Appliances , should do the same..!! (Not even a one star review)…!!! UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW: They came back and try to fix this three days ago, but the technician was having some troubles at the moment (we completely understand and did not make a big of a deal with it). They were supposed to go today, but guess what?... ...Matt's appliance just called me and told me that "Matt is not going to work on your Washer Machine, because THE REVIEW THAT YOU JUST WROTE IS NOT ACCURATE WITH WHAT HAPPENED"...!!! So, please think twice before you get services from a Company that can not take a Bad Review and try to make thing better on the customer behalf. A person that can not take criticism to make things better is a person without values and we are seeing this lately during these times. Hope things go well with you guys. Respectfully. Joan Pino.

  The worst, only here 20 mins. tops; I will be meeting with a Lowe's Mgr. to discuss my warranty and report the contractor Matt's Appliance. I was told I was using to much detergent, should only be using 2 tablespoons that's why my machine wasn't spinning out correctly; he stated " he had been schooled on repairs". And he left, totally useless, I refuse to use these folks ever again. Mr. Jenkins was the best, sorry to hear he left the company but, I totally see why ! Folks go elsewhere for your service repairs !
