Mrs. Scholefield was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process of getting me set up with a unit. This family-owned and operated facility provides a welcoming, secure, and trustworthy environment. I highly recommend renting a storage unit here!

Having lived in this area about 58 years and been a Navy wife, moving is a part of the serving. Through the years, my husband and I have rented at just about every rental facility there is in the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area. Recently, I needed to rent a storage unit and came across Storage Authority right up on Carolina Road. It is brand new and just opened and had a special 1/2 for the first two months. So, I stopped in and rented a 10x15 unit. The service and the staff at this facility are the best I have ever experienced when dealing with storage facilities EVER. My husband was transferred out of state and we came back and I am excited to reiterate, this particular Storage Authority is the VERY BEST at talking with you, making sure you have what you need, and that everything is exactly what you expected. They have events posted for the community around them and they are holding events for the community because they do not want to just be a storage facility. They want to become a part of the community. So, when I need a storage unit, this will be my only go to place. If you are looking, draw on my experience of 50 years, and go in and talk to the staff here. You will feel like you stepped back in time and their customer service is at the level of days gone by. You will NOT regret it and you will be sold on coming here just like me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’m so glad I decided to move my things to Storage Authority in Suffolk! The facility is brand new, clean, and the prices are honestly better than anywhere else I found. What really made the difference for me was Christi, the owner. From the very beginning, she has been kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She worked around my schedule, which made the transition from my old storage facility seamless and stress-free. I really appreciate that Christi is hands-on and personally involved. She genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to have a positive experience. I’m so happy I found Storage Authority and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a storage facility in Suffolk. ❤️

Christie & Tia are amazing! So nice and helpful. Our home closing timing changed last minute and they helped us out. Thanks ladies, so much!! The units are so clean. Easy access. They have RV, boat, trailers, vehicle storage too! They have both climate controlled and non- climate spaces. There's even a kiosk out front to help with business outside of business hours. Go see them for all your stage needs!!
