  The owners are very helpful. The facility is very clean. Love that you can also clean your vehicle out after hauling everything to the storage unit.

  This location is perfect for me. It is only 10 minutes from where I live, so very convenient. Unit prices are better than previous facility I used. Larger unit for same price with Storage Authority. The facility is wonderful. Ease of access to my unit. But most important are Tia and Christi. They are wonderful. They have treated me with the utmost respect. They have treated me as if I am family, which is very refreshing. Always smiling, always cheerful, always welcoming. They get 10 stars in my book.

  So...here is the scenario...you need to rent a storage unit whether it's short or long term. You don't know which one to pick because they are all basically the same, right? Wrong! Storage Authority (Carolina Road) is a family owned and run business. And with that comes a level of care and concern that you don't get with other business. They want you to be happy and satisfied because this is their investment for future generations. I was really happy to meet the owners and learn about them. I am storing some important family antiques and I got the feeling my belongings will be just fine under their watch. PS. It's brand new and super clean.

  Owners were awesome very informative And just all around good people love the kiosk and the units were awesome. Feel very comfortable. Leaving my stuff at storage Authority on Carolina Road.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this storage facility! The customer service is outstanding—everyone is friendly, helpful, and makes the entire process simple from start to finish. Renting a unit was quick, convenient, and hassle-free. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and secure. It’s obvious they take pride in providing a great experience for their customers. If you’re looking for an easy, reliable place to rent storage, this is the perfect choice!
