  **Lowe's Marked My $690 Order as Delivered — But Nothing Arrived!** Another disappointing experience with Lowe's and its third-party delivery service. I ordered approximately $690 in insulation and a window on Saturday, October 17. On Wednesday, October 21, Lowe's sent me an official confirmation stating my merchandise had been delivered. **The problem? NOTHING WAS DELIVERED.** When I called the store, I was simply told they would investigate. No immediate solution, no confirmed delivery date, and no sense of urgency. This isn't the first time. Last month, Lowe's also failed to deliver a drip pan I purchased. Now, this latest failure has delayed my construction project in Suffolk, Virginia. I had four workers standing by to install insulation and drywall, costing $600 per day. Their work has been delayed by at least one day because the materials never arrived. I'm not looking for reimbursement for my crew. I'm looking for accountability. **How does Lowe's mark merchandise as delivered without verifying that the customer actually received it?** Lowe's chooses its third-party delivery contractors. Customers should not have to bear the consequences of poor delivery oversight and inadequate communication. Mistakes happen. But repeated failures combined with an indifferent customer service response are unacceptable. Lowe's needs to take responsibility, locate my merchandise, and fix its delivery process. **Customers deserve better.**

  Lowes sucks. Bad floor plan. Horrible DEI employees. Noone seems to have any expertise in anything at Lowes. Worse thing about Lowes is if you try and return so.ething, they treat you like a criminal. I am successful about 25% of the time when I try and return Something.

  Went to look at exterior two doors and a sliding patio door. The associate assisting stated we need the contractor to do measurements before we can purchase anything. The contractor three times was a no show for our appointments. Call Lowes again today sent me to Central Selling Project team thinking it was part of Lowes. Told the women I already called and left 3 voicemail sends me back to the contractor again no answer just the voicemail. Called back to Central Selling Project team who said there is nothing they can do to call the store since we can't contact their contractor. Talked to store manager telling the woman the situation and stated Lowes has nothing to do with Central Selling Project team they are contractors. I mentioned in the customer eyes the associate set up to have a contractor contact us for the measurements, took $15 as we live 6 miles outside the zone. With three no show appointments there was nothing Lowes can assist us with since Lowes does not have anything to do with contractors. Apparently, Lowe's has contractors but can't help a customer as they have nothing to do with contractors. She mentioned Central Selling Project team is a contractor who apparently sub contract to do the work and wouldn't assist me to solve the situation. Will not purchase the two doors or patio doors I selected and will take my business elsewhere. Did ask for my $15 to be refunded.

  Just left. This is usually the worst store to go to. Dirty disorganized parking lot a mess air machine not working. Today though a guy named Jesse working in the parking lot has this place organized and I was loading plywood and he ran over to me to assist loading the truck. Need more guys like him yall did something right finally

  I am giving a 5 star for Samantha , who works at the appliance section. My old dish washer machine broke, and I wanted to buy a new one for my wife, but I have no desire to go to the Lowes at Franklin, so I drove to Suffolk instead. While we were waiting for someone to help us, Samantha came up to assisted us. I thought she looked familiar and soon realized that she had helped us years back at Franklin store with our stove purchase. I was pleased with her customer service as I was in the past. Samantha actually remembered us first. My wife and I appreciate her friendly and attentive service. I believe the Good LORD JESUS CHRIST heard my prayer and sent me to Suffolk store, to cross path with Samantha again to be helped with my new appliance purchase. GOD is so Good.
