  Finally an appliance repair company the is efficient, friendly and honest. We had a problem with our Thermador refrigerator not cooling properly. The first tech said it might be a sealed unit problem. They gave me an estimate and had a specialist for that type of problem. When he cam out he inspected the system and determined that there was nothing wrong with it. He said that the door must have been left ajar letting air into the freezer which caused excessive ice to build up. They thawed the ice and the refrigerator worked as designed. I have used this company in the past and have always been pleased.

  David and his manager were so incredibly kind, professional and efficient! I’ve never had faster service for any household repair in my life. Their scheduling service got us in the same day we called for a consultation/diagnosis and instead of scheduling a second appt another day, they were able to fit us in later the same day. They worked on our GE Monogram Freezer filter that was leaking. They were able to pull it out of the built in cabinet without scratching the wood floors, which was a huge concern of ours. They went above and beyond explaining each step to us and all of our questions / options. I’d highly recommend to use them and will be for any future appliance repairs.

  Suffolk Appl. exceeded my expectations. Jeremey was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain everything and how the repair would go. I was contacted by the office immediately to book my follow up (after initial diagnostic appt), because Jeremey was getting busy (because he is so great) and they did not want me to have to wait longer than needed. This is the second time I have dealt with Suffolk Appliance and each time they have provided excellent service technicians and customer service. I highly recommend them and I will not use anyone else.

  I've had other companies come out and service my appliances and NEVER have I had such wonderful customer service, from begining to end,like I have with Appliance Service Solutions!! From the main boss man ( I'm sorry I'm bad with names ), who scheduled me so fast and asked perfect prying questions, to Jay coming out and being also lately phenomenal. Jay came out twice, figured out the issues, got the parts ordered in a timely manner, and came back with the same positive attitude. Gave wonderful advice as well! Last mentioned will be for Heather! As soon as the part came in, she contacted me and scheduled me with swiftness and such a friendly, positive attitude!! I could not recommend this company more. They will get you covered and are honest, kind, respectful people. I highly recommend them for anyone who is having appliance issues.
