  They do work for Shenandoah Valley Estates. they fixed an underground water leak at my lot. Even though it was no cost to me you would think that it being a business that they would be a little bit more professional in their job. They left a major mess of the lot and they had mud all over our brand new heat pump unit that was just installed a week prior. VERY unprofessional and they seemed like they were disrespectful to our personal property.

  The Lawn Shark crew did a fantastic job mulching around my house. Josh was very professional and courteous. Will use him again.

  Went with them because my normal lawn care guys were busy , and I wanted the work done , bad mistake ! … The mulch job was pretty , but not nice and mounted looking , like I’m used to … had them trim my nandina bush , which ended up looking like it was butchered , which upset me very bad , because it was beautiful, and not to mention left the siding very dirty in the process …. then in the back of the house I wanted it mulched and edged , and each side didn’t match , so I was baffled at that as well …. So I contacted josh , I guess he’s the owner , never once did he apologize for my unhappiness with the work , all he kept saying was “we’ll take care of it “ , he made me feel as if it didn’t matter to him that I was unhappy , and that he would wanna keep my business in the future …. After a couple days the guys came back out that did the work , very nice guys , and we were able to talk it through about my issues … bottom line , I think they’re good workers , but if they don’t have good instructions to follow by and really know what is being asked of them to do , then they can only do what they can do , bottom line their boss didn’t really give them good instructions on what I wanted done ! … going forward I will wait on my lawn guys I’ve used in the past ! Also the service is very expensive for the work ! Lesson learned !
