As a former manager of multiple restaurants, I always believed that the customer's satisfaction should come first. Unfortunately, my experience with Lowe's was the complete opposite.
I purchased a pressure washer to clean my deck, but it isn't powerful enough to get the job done, even after an entire day of use. On top of that, it leaks badly, making it unusable for my needs.
I bought the pressure washer less than two weeks ago. When I tried to return it, I was told it was outside of the store's two-day return policy. Like most retailers in the United States, I expected a standard 30-day return policy. The most frustrating part is that I purchased both a grill and the pressure washer during the same visit, and at least four employees assisted me. Not one of them mentioned that the pressure washer had a two-day return policy.
Instead, I was told I had to deal directly with the vendor. I purchased the product from Lowe's, not from the vendor, so I expected Lowe's to stand behind the sale.
This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Customer service like this is how companies lose loyal customers. Manager Alexis showed very poor customer service and made no effort to resolve the issue. I expected much better from Lowe's. I'll do business with Home Depot!!!

I would like to recognize Justin at Lowe's for the exceptional customer service he provided while helping me purchase a storm door for my home. After a previous order had to be canceled because the door arrived with the wrong dimensions, I was understandably concerned about making the same mistake again.
Justin went above and beyond to make sure I selected the correct storm door with the proper measurements and specifications. He took the time to carefully review the dimensions, answer all of my questions, and ensure that everything was accurate before placing the order. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was getting exactly what I needed.
It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to helping customers, and Justin truly made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Because of his outstanding service, I left Lowe's feeling valued and confident in my purchase. Thank you, Justin, for going the extra mile and providing such excellent Service.

Lucian was extremely helpful. He approached us to ask us if we needed help before we even got the chance to ask. He was knowledgable and if he didn’t know an answer he found someone that did. We actually walked out of Home Depot before coming here because we asked for help and the staff just stood there- we walked in to Lowes and were immediately greeted by Lucian making the experience much better!

Very disappointing customer service at the Pro Desk. The Pro staff did not seem interested in helping or making an effort to get the order completed. Communication was not very helpful, and the overall experience felt unprofessional and frustrating.
I expected better support and customer care for contractors, especially from the Pro Desk.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
