  I am a frequent visitor of Meadows. Always appreciate the expertise of the staff and selection available here. Most recently I picked up a few perennials and a Japanese Maple for my front yard. Kim was so helpful throughout the selection of just the right tree, and everything I would need to ensure it was just right, planting soil, fertilizer for the new hole and ideas for making it perfect. She also had an amazing custom planter that was freshly done for someone. Appreciate having someone that was so thoughtful and helpful - definitely gave the feel of a small town nursery that knows you when you arrive. Thank you Kim!

  Kim and Alyssa are great! Identified a plant knew so much about them too. Customer service is outstanding. Will definitely come back for more advice and plants.

  BE CAREFUL WHEN CHECKING OUT IF ENGLISH IS NOT YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE. I took my parents here the other day and they had picked out 6 plants. The older lady working behind the register scanned all the plants and told them their total was 570.00 None of the plants they had picked out were over 50.00 so my parents were confused and tried to tell her something was wrong. My father was just handing her the cash when I came and once she heard I spoke English and saw me adding everything up she said it was a glitch in the system and the total was only 194.00 I’m sure as someone who works there and knows the prices of the items, she should’ve easily been able to tell that something was wrong.

  I had a wonderful experience at Nursery Farms in Stafford, and Alyssa went above and beyond to help me. I had two accounts that needed attention, and we almost canceled the wrong one, but Alyssa carefully went through each purchase and caught that a tree I had bought was still under warranty. Had the wrong account been canceled, I would have lost that warranty. She explained everything clearly, noted the account, told me exactly what she documented, and reassured me that the correct account was active. On top of that, she offered to help me take my plants out to my truck — and she was the only one who even offered. I bought about six plants, and she carefully packed and staged them in my truck so they wouldn’t tip over while driving. She was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I truly hope the next time I visit, Alyssa is the person helping me again!
