- TBtab brownApr 16, 20263.0I went to rent a 5x10 unit with bluetooth access and the website had a glitch before I could complete the rental and then it would not allow me to finish the rental. I called to ask for technical assistance and that proved unsuccessful. I then ended up renting a more costly unit that has a bluetooth access. I then received an email later in the day inviting me to finish renting the original unit I was vying for initially. When I asked about that, I was told that the administrative fee of $29 was non-refundable and non-transferable, so I'm stuck with the more costly unit. Also, the power at the gate went out yesterday and I had to wait to gain access. The app is also a bit clunky and not user-friendly. The facility appears to be clean and when you figure out the bluetooth, it works well. Lastly, be wary of potential price increases likely in the 4th or 5th month. Had that conversation and was told there would be a 30 day notice and that I would have a chance to terminate my lease despite having to acknowledge that the rate was introductory and subject to increase, we shall see how it goes.
