If you are looking for a professional experience in selecting and purchasing window coverings for your home, look no further than Blinds To Go in Springfield on Frontier Drive. Leticia Merino, the Associate Manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with selecting the blinds for my windows. They offer a wide selection of styles and colors. They were able to schedule my measurement appointment to accommodate my schedule. Their pricing was very competitive, staying within my budget. I also like their lifetime warranty, which was important to me in deciding which company I selected for my blinds.

I highly recommend blinders to go located in Springfield, Leticia helped me price match with Home Depot. From the consultation to the installation it was perfect, I will definitely come back for my future projects
Extremely unprofessional experience. The entire process was frustrating from start to finish. You have to deal with multiple different people for ordering, measuring, and installation, which made communication confusing and inefficient.
I placed my order well in advance because I needed installation done by a specific time. Despite paying extra for professional measurement, my roller shades were ordered in the wrong size. Even worse, I had to be the one to follow up and fix their mistake.
On top of that, one of their employees, Latrell, was extremely rude. When I called to reschedule, he talked down to me like it was my fault and then hung up on me mid-conversation, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Overall, this was a huge waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this company—you’re honestly better off hiring someone independently or using a marketplace service.
