  The Container Store is AMAZING! If you’re looking for something to put something into, they got you covered. The staff were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I needed to get a container to hold some Lego bricks, and they have every possible solution you will need. There is no running around, you describe the problem to a staff member and they show you where the solution is located. If you need assistance with closets, shelves they got you covered. They have trained professionals that can give you a design of what your options could be. If you’re in need, please visit the Container Store, you won’t be disappointed.

  We were looking for some larger containers to store holiday decor in and the name of this place says it all. I have not shopped here before so I was surprised at both how small this store was and the limited selection but also the variety of selection that I would not expect to find here like office supplies, holiday items, gifts & gift wrap. We found the perfect size bins and they were reasonably and competitively priced. You can also buy online and pick up in-store or you can use a service like Instacart for delivery. The store was clean and tidy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which is ever so important. Customer service is fantastic here!

  Extremely disappointed with the experience my girlfriend and I had at this location. We shop at The Container Store regularly and have never been treated the way we were here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with what felt like judgment. One of the employees — a heavier-set Black woman — didn’t greet us, didn’t offer help, and just gave us a look like we didn’t belong. Then she proceeded to follow us around the store as if we were doing something wrong. We were the only people of color in the store at the time, and it was hard not to notice that we were also the only ones being followed. The worst part? My girlfriend and I are Black, so to be stereotyped and made to feel uncomfortable by someone who looks like us was incredibly disappointing. It’s upsetting that in 2025 we’re still dealing with this kind of behavior — especially from fellow members of our own community. I do want to highlight that another employee, I believe her name was Felix, was amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and exactly the kind of service we’ve come to expect from The Container Store. She was the only positive part of the experience. Unfortunately, the rest of it completely ruined our visit. I hope management takes this seriously because no customer should be made to feel like a suspect just for walking in the door.

  First time in there. I have to say I was disappointed. I was hoping to find a large variety of organizing products, and in many colors, but not the case. Also, pricing was higher than elsewhere. Nice, neat store, just not for me.
