- KHKim HolmesApr 13, 20265.0When their web site says they are here for you after the sale, they are not just saying that I am proof that this is 1000% TRUE!! My husband normally cleans our hot tub however he’s been out of town on a business trip and our hot tub needed cleaning and chemicals, so I cleaned it added chemicals and in doing this had to add water and something happened and I tripped the breaker, I got the breaker fixed and had power back on however some of the jets wasn’t working, I couldn’t contact my husband so on Saturday night I sent a Facebook message and David answered and he messaged with me and helped me figure out it was nothing but operator error at 9:00pm on a Saturday night. What other company would do this?? Thank you David Y’All ROCK!! Spa doctors are THE BEST!!!
