You can order things for pickup and they’ll email you when the order is ready. Then once you arrive, you’ll find out it’s not actually ready (30 min wait), and when you get home, you’ll find out that they loaded a totally different item (more wasted time driving back to the store and waiting on customer service).
I’m renovating a house so I know the measurements and things I need - it’s such a waste of time and energy to deal with Salem Lowes.
I was once told that I couldn’t buy a product because it was too high on the shelves and they didn’t know how to get it down. They told me I had to set up a delivery, so I did. Lowe’s auto-texted later to confirm a different delivery day (?) which I declined. I had to go back three times in-person and make seven phone calls to figure out what the kid at the pro desk did with my order. I ended up having to go back and pick my items up three at a time, so I ended up making more than ten trips to Lowe’s for one project.
I’ve had a pro membership forever but it’s more hassle than it’s worth. They’re a big corporation, so they don’t really care if the customer is frustrated or inconvenienced.

hey so I just wanted to say that I went to this Lowe's looking for a product and I was looking around for help and I noticed one of the assistant managers just standing there and doing nothing so I was just waiting for her to look at me so I could call her over because she was just looking all over the place and when she did look at me I motioned her over and she just ignored me and I know I should of went up to her but yeah I'm just saying how my experience was.

Spent 15 minutes waiting on a product to be brought to me for pickup that was damaged. Was offered little compensation for it and they did not reorder the product for me at the price I paid. They offered me to have an unassembled product at $22 more. I just wish this store management was trained better to handle customer service.

Wanted to post a review to call out my experience with Raymond who helped me grab some new bifold doors today. What a gentleman, he grabbed the correct cart for me, loaded up the two doors, checked me out near the doors aisles and walked me to my car where he then loaded the doors up. A wonderful experience with a fantastic employee, part of why I love coming to Lowes.

Very helpful and friendly employees! Helped us find things and we’re so sweet. Made our Lowe’s trip fun. Lowe’s has great plant selections to start your homestead and things you need to care for your garden and home. Tyler and DeAndre helped us find multiple things we were looking for.
