  Overall, my experience purchasing my Blackstone grill from Lowe’s was very good. The young woman and young man I spoke with in the store last week were both professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They did a great job providing information and offering additional items, including grill accessories and a cover. I have absolutely no complaints about the in-store experience, the price of delivery, or the customer service I received there. The delivery was also timely, and I appreciated receiving a call that morning letting me know the delivery was on its way. Unfortunately, however, the actual delivery process was very disappointing, particularly regarding the placement of the grill and the fact that the assembly I was promised was not completed. When the delivery team arrived, I opened my garage door so they could bring the grill through the garage, laundry room, and kitchen to the back porch, which was where I intended for the grill to be placed. I had already cleaned and prepared the back porch specifically for the grill, and I had put my animals away so the delivery team would have no concerns about them while working. Before I even had an opportunity to speak with the delivery team, the grill had already been placed on my garage floor. One of the delivery men was already heading back to the truck, and the other was taking the required delivery photo. He then simply asked me, “Is this okay right here?” At that point, I said yes and didn’t make an issue of it. However, the problem is that I was never actually asked where I wanted the grill placed before it was moved. The team simply brought it into my garage and left it there, then asked me afterward if that location was acceptable. I would have expected the delivery team to ask me where I wanted the grill before placing it, especially since I had specifically prepared my back porch for it. Even more disappointing is the fact that assembly was included on my order. The grill is currently still sitting on my garage floor, completely boxed up. I will assemble it myself, and I’m not concerned about being able to do that. However, I am very dissatisfied that a service I was promised and paid for as part of the delivery was not provided. To be clear, my frustration is not with the individual employees or the overall timeliness of the delivery. My issue is with the delivery process itself. The grill was essentially dropped off in my garage without anyone asking where I wanted it, and the included assembly service was not performed. If someone is paying for delivery and assembly, I would expect the delivery team to communicate with the customer, ask where the item should go, and complete the services included with the order. In this case, none of that happened. I would absolutely recommend Lowe’s for the in-store purchasing experience and for a basic, on-time delivery. However, based on this experience, I would not recommend Lowe’s delivery service to someone specifically looking for assembly or careful placement of a large item. I hope Lowe’s will take this feedback seriously, because the purchasing experience was excellent, but the delivery experience left a lot to be desired.

  So lazy took 24 hours to fill 1 thing from a 3 thing order then wanted to ship the remaining stuff when IT WAS IN THE STORE!!! I canceled the order, went inside found the stuff, didn't buy anything and went to home depot if yall don't want to work don't come in.

  Pretty good Lowes in Rocky Mount.. I like Roanoke's better though. I'll give it to them.. they are nice and friendly here. Overly friendly.. They treat you like they've known you forever. I kinda like that. It's nice. But I have noticed they give some wrong information and its truthfully disappointing. The Lowe's on 220 always tells me right and hasn't ever let me down

  Not impressed with Customer service at the Rocky Mount VA Lowes. Firstly I was called 'buddy' multiple times by a couple different employees in front of my kids. Second, they gave me incorrect info about a shower. They seem to tell you anything just to try to get a sale. I don't appreciate the disrespect nor the misinformation. Head to Roanoke to Home Depot for a better experience. These people at the Rocky Mount Lowes might just be socially awkward or something.

  You cannot shop at Lowes without being recorded on their Flock cameras. Why does ordinary retail-loss prevention justify feeding records of every customer’s vehicle into Flock’s searchable law-enforcement ecosystem instead of using conventional parking-lot cameras? Are there that many customers who are criminals? Lowes has repeatedly failed to properly address this rightful concern of customers and even shareholders. Support your local hardware and lumber locations and refuse to reward Lowes who considers every customer as a potential criminal who's data they offer to whomever wants it.
