From the very beginning, Brandon went above and beyond by patiently troubleshooting my grill issues over the phone. When it became clear that a service visit was needed, Rigo came out to take care of everything. Rigo arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly addressed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had my grill working perfectly in no time. Excellent customer service from start to finish. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers. I highly recommend Outdoor Kitchen Creations!
