  I love Lowe's but every since HomeDepot came to town they are always under employed. Yes I'm that old. They are now employed less and less educated. They do have awesome employees but not enough to make up for the ones who are not.

  I was shopping for a refrigerator and found one that would do nicely. The sales person was great. It was to be delivered two days from the purchase. When they arrived, they took out the old refrigerator, which I told them to put on the front porch because I had someone coming to get it and it was much larger than the one they were bringing in. They got my refrigerator out just fine and when they brought the other one in they messed up my door by trying to take the hinges off the door without removing the pin, but unscrewing all of the supports for the hinge rather than take the pins out they took the screws out which damaged my door in all three hinges. I would send you pictures, but for some reason they will not upload They also messed up the front of the refrigerator on both doors And left a damaged place on the sideof the refrigerator. I told them I was refusing the order and they needed to take it back. They set up to have another one brought out two days later. I needed a refrigerator and so I waited using my old refrigerator, which is now on my front porch. When they got here with the second refrigerator before they even got it to my porch, I noticed damage at the bottom. I had them finish, unpackaging it and looked at it. Someone had ran a forklift into it at the warehouse. I told them to take it back. I was done no more. It has now been several weeks since this happened I filed with their company that was bringing it in and they said to send them pictures of the damages which I did. They said give it another week so they had time to look at it and process it. I did not hear a thing from anybody. They finally sent me an email telling me if I hadn’t heard from them in a couple days to get estimates on the damages. This is Lowes selling you a product I had purchased an extended five-year warranty and a very nice refrigerator, but that doesn’t seem to matter to them.They don’t give a crap what you’re getting and they sure as hell don’t wanna help you settle anything that they’ve done. I am a 71-year-old woman who cannot get down and repair these things and that is why I was purchasing it from Lowes. I will get someone to repair it and I will remember this and I hope everyone that reads this remembers Lowes only cares about Lowes and they don’t care what they damage or how much it costs you’re gonna be the one paying for it in the end Don’t be fooled by their offers and guarantees because they are going to screw you in the end and they will not buy you dinner

  Very disappointed in Lowe's. Trying to work with them on 3100 + ft of flooring. The scheduling for a measurement with Serv Pro was a complete miscommunication disaster. We inconvenienced the homeowner we were purchasing from on 2 different occasions. They scheduled for a Monday from 1-5 and received a call on Monday that they did not go to that area on Monday! Rescheduled for Wednesday 1-5 with Lowe's, current homeowner and Serv Pro for Wednesday 1-5. Received a call from the person measuring at 10 am on Wednesday that he did not go to that area on that day and he was the only one that measured! I wasted many hours for 5 days trying to speak to Management in Lowe's. 4pm on Wednesday, Serv Pro is sending someone to the house, but it will be 5-5:30 arriving. The homeowner agreed to stay and wait. The guy showed up and said he had no idea what he was there to measure! The homeowner we are purchasing from called us and we explained what to measure. The guy measuring forgot to measure the steps! 5 days wasted and we still do not have a quote! The other part, we were told by John, the manager in the flooring department that he would honor a sale price for labor on installation which included removal and disposal of any floor in the house and installation for $1.99. He also told us that someone from Lowe's would call to review the quote, but not to listen to tje price they gave me, but wait and apeak to him. I ger the quote after 5 days on the phone, without the step measurement, and they add $2 per sq foot for installation!!! Please learn from my mistake and go somewhere else! I took it to the corporate office who also gave me discounts for the inconvenience and they came out with the same number! They cost me 5 days in progess on floors in my new house, numerous hours while trying to move, and total incompetence! Stay clear of this place!
