    Intolerably rude customer service desk. I had already chatted with Lowes.com who approved a price match. I then went into the store trying to be helpful and save them the trouble of “picking” the item from the aisle by loading it to my cart. When I approached customer service to complete the transaction associates acted like I was trying to steal or pull one over saying things like that’s not a reputable store that you are trying to price match. After a 30 min chat again with Lowes.com purchased online through that process and again went to customer service to complete pick up keeping in mind the item is literally sitting in my cart. The associate again rudely asked what are trying to do here? To which I replied picking up an online order and provided my online order number on my phone. She answered I have no idea I wasn’t in the loop on this, the system is saying it hasn’t been picked and isn’t ready for pick up?? I had it right there all needed to happen was a simple scan or two to verify the item and I would be on my way. Eventually, another associate strolled over and scanned the item which completed the process but the whole time I was being treated like I was doing something wrong and associates were having side conversations regarding my purchase and how I was the one being rude, really?? Again I thought I was being helpful by lifting the heavy purchase on my own and not needing any assistance loading, just a few scans to complete the transaction and all would have been fine. Anyway, if you advertise and promote a price match policy do not be surprised and treat people poorly if the policy is utilized. I would like to say I would never shop there again but it is Lowe’s right? Also very convenient to my home and work so hoping this is a one off incident. However, beware if you actually need service at customer service

    Love going to Lowe’s , but you can not get any assistance over the phone When you call to ask any department you can not get passed their Stupid AI assisted answering machine.Who ever came up with this idea needs to be fired and hire someone to answer the phone

    Ever time I come out to this Lowe's I get bad customers service. I ask for help no one seems to know what there are doing. Can't get help loading my car. I have put in apps to help out here and that have turned down my application 3 years in a row. This store need new management

    I ordered 2x2's to be delivered to my house as part of a larger order. Apparently they decided (without informing me) to substitute 2x4's as they must have been out of the 2x2's I wanted. How do you spell customer service..... HOME DEPOT
