- JTJesse Terrell6 days ago1.0Ive been a customer with aarons for the better part of 12 years on and off. I got a washer and dryer set through them last December and have had zero complaints until it is time for me to sell my house and getting them to pick the equipment up because its no longer needed. Initial pick up day for whatever reason they send their drivers to an old address. An address they havent delivered to in over 4 years. I call and question why and how after waiting 2 hours for them just to show up at the wrong address and they didn't seem to understand my frustration until the desk jockey in the background decided to chime in on the phone call and smart off then wanted to say he didnt feel "safe" picking up the equipment and that the general manager will call to arrange a pick up day. Well the "general manager" called and set up a pick up day for today 8/25 after 3pm. Im waiting and waiting and 6 o'clock rolls around and havent seen nor heard from the store for pick up. So I call and low and behold it was never put down on the books to pick up the equipment. This type of customer service is completely uncalled for and I can assure you this will be my last rental agreement with any aarons store if this is the type of customer service they throw at people. Just come get your equipment out of my house. I never thought it would be this difficult for such a simple task.

I walked in picked out what I wanted and low behold this was in June. Lamar said that I couldn't get that until I made the payment on the dryer, okay I went in paid off the dryer and still don't have the furniture. And every time they give you information it changes every single time. So dam disgusted.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
