  We have had a storage unit at Vigilant Self Storage of Ironbridge for over five years, and they have been excellent the entire time. The staff is amazing, the property is extremely clean, and there are plenty of security cameras throughout the facility. This is easily the cleanest outdoor storage facility we have used. They also offer parking for rent, which was a huge plus for our operation, and access to the property has always been easy and convenient. The only reason we are leaving is because we are shutting down operations in the area. Otherwise, we would have gladly stayed another five years. If we ever begin hiring and operating in this area again, Vigilant will be the first call I make. Highly recommended.

  Tammy is a absolute joy to rent with. She is so warm and friendly. The site is immaculate. They offer so many different options for storage in various sizes, including storage for vehicles. If you're in need of self storage look no further! This is the site for you.

  I had an amazing experience with Vigilant Storage on Iron Bridge! The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. A special thank you to Daniel Leonard for providing outstanding customer service. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the entire rental process quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience, and Daniel definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend Vigilant Storage on Iron Bridge to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility with exceptional customer service. Thank you again, Daniel!

  Very happy with my experience at Vigilant Self Storage thus far! I moved from out of state recently and got my storage unit set up in less than a 15 minute phone call a few weeks before arriving. Paul was the most efficient, kind, and good humored associate I could have gotten on the phone that day. They were running a special on new unit rentals at the time, which caught my eye in my internet search. Not only that - he put me in an indoor climate-controlled unit that was the first one inside the building door, on the ground level. So convenient! Couldn't be more grateful for that! Also, I ended up last-minute having to switch my move-in date to 2 days earlier than I originally booked for. Paul assured me it was no problem, and the switch was made in, quite literally, a matter of seconds. Upon arriving on move-in day, Tammy and Dan(? - so sorry if I got this wrong!), were at the front desk and I swear Tammy and I just chatted away like old friends for an hour while I awaited the arrival of my family with the trailer of my stuff. Only negative I've had thus far is that I thought my account was set up for auto-debit when I checked in, but it wasn't. So, unfortunately, my very first month's invoice I paid a small late fee on the payment. But, overall, it's been a great experience! Great location, lots of units, they provided a lock with the unit (even though I came prepared with my own), and the access is very easy and convenient. Thanks everyone! You helped make my out-of-state move much smoother!
