  Huge shoutout to the Great Big Greenhouse and Nursery team! I was on a hunt for some new office plant installations, and visited GBGN. First time there and let me say, I was blown away! So many offerings to peruse through - could’ve stayed for hours. MAJOR high five to Finn - Finn was such a joy to collab with and also potted all of my selections in their new pots. I’ll definitely be back!

  Couldn't have been happier buying from The Great Big Greenhouse. I found (6) clearance 2" trees and put down a full deposit. I couldn't pick the trees up for weeks. But every time I called to explain that I was coming in from out of state and I was trying to fit the trip in as soon as possible, each team member was gracious and accommodating. The day I arrived to pick up the trees in my rental truck, Doug and his guys were ready and able to help forklift the trees and help me maneuver them onto the truck. Thank you! Great experience.

  Came to The Great Big Greenhouse looking for advice about Japanese Maples. Michael Canaar helped me and my wife select the perfect one! He let us know about care and how to water to make sure it thrives, and helped get it loaded up with no broken branches! Thanks so much Michael, we'll be back for sure!

  Today we had the pleasure of shopping at Great Big Greenhouse, and thanks to Lucy and Alex, we left absolutely delighted. Lucy warmly greeted us the moment we walked in and immediately began helping us select the perfect planters, boxwoods, lavender, and everything we needed for our patio project. Alex soon joined us, and together they made an exceptional team. Their knowledge, patience, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm turned what could have been an overwhelming project into a fun and enjoyable experience. We left with seven beautiful planters, all of our plants and supplies, and complete confidence in our choices. Outstanding customer service from two truly exceptional employees—thank you, Lucy and Alex!

  The Great Big Greenhouse has a amazing selection of all types of flowers and plant. This past weekend i just stopped by in the nature section and had a great discussion with Scott K. Scott took a lot of time educating me on the different plants, what type of environment they like and dont like, how to care for them and what to watch out for. There wasnt anything he didnt know. I definitely will be back.
