This store hired Tow Dept Towing and Recovery Henrico to service their parking lot and they are scamming real customers and towing their cars just to make money. Lowe’s management seems to be okay with this although after 2 days of trying to talk to the store manager I only got an Assistant Manager who basically said if you walk off the parking lot you are no longer a customer. Guess they don’t want repeat business. We were actually parked in a Bank of America spot that said we had 1 hour or until 9PM. We were parked less than 15 minutes when they towed are vehicle and we have 3 accounts at Bank of America and had a cash deposit to make at the ATM.

The associate knew exactly where I needed to go to get what I was looking for. I would say I spent less than 10 minutes finding what I was looking for. The associates are wonderfully helpful and courteous. This is now the Lowe's for me.

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
