    This Lowe’s is horrible! The plumbing section is scrambled like it was someone’s job to mix things up. Electrical isn’t much better. It takes forever to try and find an employee, and even then they couldn’t find the product on the shelf. Their tablet program wasn’t functioning. I gave up and left the items I had picked out. I’m repeatedly finding Lowe’s to be severely lacking. No one is even there to check out the items I purchased. I have to do all the checkout myself. Even when I do find an employee they are unfamiliar with the store and the products. I’m continually frustrated with what this company has become.

    I had a great experience working with Chris in the Appliances department at the Sheila Lane Lowe’s store. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish with my original refrigerator purchase and delivery—everything went smoothly thanks to his attention to detail and follow-through. What really stood out, though, was his continued support afterward. I had an issue with a plumbing order that ended up being canceled, and Chris went out of his way to fix it. He took the time to re-order everything for me over the phone, making the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so consistently helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Chris provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication.

    Builders beware. If you are expecting to have stocked shelves of common things, go elsewhere. I waited a total of 30min for them to get foam board insulation from the back, the two shelf slots that can hold a couple were empty. I asked stock guy, no results. Asked again, "they would check," and forgot when I checked back for update. Then I asked at Pro desk, they said when other guys were finished. Waited more. And I waited again, before I left-- Apparently the only two people in the entire store that could get it were busy. What were they doing? Leading around a young woman, showing her all the options for the different wood they had. It took two people, yes. So, yes, perfect store for people who need their hands held while shopping. But if you want to get in, buy a bunch of stuff for a project and get out? Move along to someplace that is more concerned about making sure product is available on shelves. Even other Lowe's does better. This was by far not the only time something like this has happened at this store. I'm just finally giving up on this one and going elsewhere. Two stars instead of one because at least the picky wood shopper got good service And the paint dept was, and has always been, awesome.
