  If you go here, expect to spend $6000 on a couch that you have to assemble yourself with assembly processes that are worse than IKEA. If you say something on social media about it, expect the CEO of the company to make fun of you. If you’re unsure what this means, google it.

  What a great couch shopping experience! We didn’t know what to expect when we walked into the store with very little time that day to shop and little information about the products. D.K. was fantastic in every sense of the word. He is professional and knowledgeable and took his time and asked great questions to support our preferences and need. We will always go back to him and this store for our couch needs and we’re very excited to live with and enjoy our new couch!

  This is a one-star review for the people working at the store and on the phones. They seem nice and doing all they can to stem the tide, covering the bigger issue. I ordered a couple of sofas months ago. I followed up when the delivery date was near. I was supposed to get the "white glove" treatment, which is delivery and assembly. I was told there were backorder issues and "white glove" takes longer to set up. I was told the order was coming and just to be patient. I've had construction done and completed, and yet these sofas are STILL ON BACKORDER. I decided to cancel my order and the process is laborious, full of holds and excuses. FYI- apparently they don't have a "buyers remorse" clause so if you order the sofa and don't cancel it before it ships (however long that takes), you're stuck with the bill, regardless of the wait time. My option was to wait until....whenever this was off backorder or still wait at least a couple more weeks, without the "white glove" service (refunded, of course). This is not what I signed up for. I think the company expanded too fast, promising inventory they don't have and now they have pissed customers. Aside from the showroom, it's impossible to call to cancel; you have to email or text. I would have liked to get these couches but at this rate, my spidey sense is up. Something doesn't smell right and I'm not waiting around to find out when (if ever) this couch is coming. I can get a modular unit somewhere else WITH a reasonable delivery schedule and assembly. Even Wayfair has better delivery service than this!

  Great spot to demo different foams and covers in person. Tristan was very knowledgeable and nice. He even helped me get an extra 5% discount I didn't know about! If you're in the greater Richmond metro region it's worth going to the store to ask questions and make sure all the components are ordered correctly to avoid returns. Couch is great too
