  I had an excellent experience with Juliana’s Home Cleaning Service! Oralia and Rossi were absolutely amazing. They did a fantastic job and paid close attention to every detail. My place looked and felt spotless when they were finished! They were also incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. By far, this was the best cleaning service experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning and hope to have Oralia and Rossi again next time. I highly recommend them!

  Leidy and Yerilyn did an amazing job to get our house ready to move in! Since we need a little bit more done, I already have Juliana’s coming back to do more!

  Unfortunately I did not have the great experience I was expecting based on the reviews. I booked a move-in clean for my apartment. I wanted the cleaning for a Saturday, which I didn’t know was outside of their normal working hours. They found two people willing to work on a Saturday and we proceeded with booking. Two ladies came to my apartment. One introduced herself as Juliana and I can’t remember the other’s name. However my online appointment history lists Mariana and Karolain. There were areas in the bathroom that were missed (see pictures with red circles areas). I reached out to the company and they agreed to send someone back out at a time that worked with both our schedules, which they did. Either later that night of the return visit or the following morning, I noticed some remaining crud around the faucet. There were other missed areas I discovered while unpacking. I didn’t contact the customer about them because I either cleaned them in the moment or just accepted that I would have to deep clean myself in the near future. For example, there was a brown water stain underneath the kitchen sink that came up with just a damp paper towel (see photos for before & after I wiped it). And I don’t think anything was done to the light switches (see photo). I think part of the issue is their cleaning tools. When two ladies came to address the bathroom areas, I saw they were using a cream cleanser and soft cloths. For a deep clean I’d expect brushes/scrubbers of some kind to be used for detailing. Overall, customer service was friendly and prompt. They went out of their way to send someone on a Saturday when they don’t normally work on Saturdays. But the cleaning itself was subpar. Finding missed areas made me wonder what else was missed. And for a $380 service (in an empty apartment that’s only just over 800 square feet), I expect pristine. I don’t see myself booking with Juliana’s again.

  Very pleased with my apartment cleaning by Juliana's Home Cleaning. Karolain and Yuly spent much-needed extra time on the bathroom and kitchen (see pictures) as I requested. They worked very hard for the entire time and really paid attention to detail, and even took away their trash.

  Our home was cleaned by a two-person team consisting of Oralia and Rosie. They arrived at our home at the time we had requested and, after introducing themselves, set about cleaning. Since my wife and I both work from home, and also have two large and sociable dogs, it was necessary to coordinate the cleaners' moving from one part of the house to another to do their job. We were somewhat disappointed with a pervious cleaning service, with which we ultimately fired after items were discovered damaged or disappeared after one of their visits, and they claimed to know nothing about the occurrence. We also have a couple of rooms that are rarely used and so are not in need of regular upkeep. Our home office was off limits for the cleaners, as we generally have full days with our paying jobs. With all these restrictions, Oralia and Rosie set about the job and completed everything in about four hours. The results were wonderful! Parts of the shower grout have never been as clean as they managed to make it, and our somewhat cluttered daily lifestyles presented no problems at all. Best of all may be the way they attacked the dog hair, which seems to be a constant challenge here. The ladies were efficient and pleasant to work with, and we are looking forward to working with them in the future. I cannot say enough good things about them. Dr. Charles M. Kelly
