Rented a unit for about 2 years. Access was always secure, facility was always tidy, and the climate control was perfect for keeping my stuff in good condition. Monique was very helpful at check out as well, making the process seamless from start to finish!

Monique was absolutely fantastic, friendly, and incredibly informative during my visit yesterday!
After unloading some heavy items, I realized I had left my unit key at home. In a frustrating situation, Monique completely saved the day, staying sweet and helpful while guiding me on the next steps so I could go home and retrieve it. When I returned, I easily accessed everything using their digital app system, which is a fantastic feature.
To top it off, I had two boxes of trash that I thought I’d have to drive 30 minutes to a dump. Monique greeted me with a lovely smile at the elevator, inspected the boxes, and explained that tenants can use the onsite dumpster with prior approval. She then went completely above and beyond by grabbing a hand truck and personally wheeling the boxes over to dispose of them for me.

I got a good deal for 29$ for the whole month for a 5x10 so I’m not mad at the value- generally, got the job done with some reservations.
In terms of customer experience, mid quality. The carts they provide are narrow and the handles are lowk broken? Its like the backrooms over here too, narrow, dark hallways and no map or directory. You just gotta follow the numbers and they dont even really make sense. So we spent a good time looking for the unit rather than load and unloading.
The elevators are also pretty narrow, like slightly bigger than normal elevators. Last small, but impactful/notable thing, is how the concrete isn’t level to the door into the building, so you have to lowkey pick your stuff up or shove really hard to get it over the bump.
Would not pay $159 to use these units again. Only would if I got the same deal for $29 total my first month.
