We used this company for temporary storage and they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. When we first showed up, a staff member showed us our unit, which door was closest to the unit, and how to get in/out using the app. On move-in day, we realized we needed a larger space and the team was incredibly helpful with this! Moving is stressful and the team here has made things so easy.
I was able to secure a until on a Sunday! The office was closed but I spoke with the call center which he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to move everything in that day. On Monday I received a phone call from the facility manager verifying if everything went well with our move in and if I had any questions. The facility is secured and very clean.
