Leanna was very helpful and willing to do the work to get us in the units we needed. She is personable and approachable. She works hard to correct any concerns even when she's managing other issues and does it with kindness. I didn't want to pay the rates at first but with this customer service, we have moved both of our 10x20's to her branch. We would recommend this location to others.

Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy app gate access. Facility was clean and had bathrooms available. No dumpster/trash access on site for customers. Really enjoyed the user experience with the app and text message updates and alerts. Would do business here again.
