Perhaps they could just put up a sign that says Whites Only. If I’m not welcome in the store, then neither is my green money! Business lost permanently.

A second email was sent yesterday reminding me of the appointment. And, today, no one showed up. A call to the store revealed that, unless you are directly contacted by a designer, there is no appointment (despite the numerous emails FROM CONTAINER STORE saying otherwise). So, while The Container Store may save you space, it will waste your time. Why I wasn’t contacted in the 15 days since I confirmed an appointment for today is beyond me. One star is charitable here, but apparently is the lowest I can give.

They will soon be joining together with bed bath and beyond in the same store so there's some good sales going on right now.
