He also refilled my mosquito trap and provided a wasp/yellow jacket trap to help with those critters too. I noticed that he took the time needed for the applications and didn't fly through the process as I've seen with other technicians. He's a great representative for Aptive and should be commended for a job well done.

They have no email for customer service in 2026 and the only customer service they have is a 3rd party international data center haha. The one good thing I can say is when I got to the cancellation department headquarters in Utah a gentleman named Patrick was able to understand, listen and address every concern. That is the type of employee that more customer service departments should have. Without him they would receive 0 stars if possible.

No one came. Scheduled a second appointment 4 days later. No one came and no one ever called me to say they weren’t coming. Then no one ever followed up. 5 days later they charge my card for the monthly fee when they have never been to my house. When I called in was forwarded to an out of town call center. They repeated the same scripted responses and wouldn’t refund my money. After talking to three people finally got the service cancelled. Still no confirmation it was cancelled after being promised an email.
