  Nothing is consistent at this place. They lock the door to storage units at 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. If you work a normal job, you have to make a way to get access to your unit from 12:00 - 5:00 🤬🤬 Monday through Friday🤬🤬🤬 They did not even tell their clients they were doing this, they just put a locked chain on the door. They are very unprofessional and could care less about their clients. Their hours state they are open 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. LIES 😡😡😡 their contract states different hours all together...Hmmm, is this a case for a civil lawsuit????? 🤔🤔🤔

  Very rude ,payments always get messed up,they will try to find or make up any charges they can add to your bill or lock you out,for no reason,cameras do not work.i highly recommend not dealing with them.lots of aggravation and frustration.

  This place is negligent and sloppy. A thief cut a hole in the back of the fence and has been cutting locks off units to steal whatever they can carry. Instead of notifying the renters, the owner simply put new locks on the units that were broken into and never notified or warned the renters. I would give this place 0 stars. Don’t waste your time, find someone who’s not a negligent slumlord.

  I rented out a unit last month went to get some of my things out of the unit and someone else has a lock on the unit. Went to the office today and it is rented to a man I don't know with some of my things setting in the office. I paid cash this other person paid credit they have no record of a Jennifer Robinson rented on 7-11-2021 paid till September 1st 167.00 thank God I have my receipt but I had a lot of things in the unit worth more than. Money. My brother's ashes my grandbaby stuff. The man in the office is covering for the owners today so he doesn't know where my stuff is.
