  I use the storage facility often. My daughter attends VSU and I really like how I can reserve a unit online. Very efficient and time saving. The staff is always kind, the lobby is welcoming. Ten out of ten I would recommend. I can't remember the receptionist name but he is always the sweetest.

  Vigilant Self Storage Prince George is a wonderful facility! The staff members I've interacted with are all really nice and helpful, and the office and bathroom are always clean. The units are well kept (NO problems with mold or creatures), have lights, and every year they do a yardsale that has food and prizes! You can sell right from your unit to clear some stuff out! 10/10 def recommend! Have been storing stuff for 2 years, and am still happy we chose them!

  Cindy was amazing. The patience she had with me being indecisive didn’t know what I need. And the way she walk me through the process was amazing.
