One of your employees stole from my store while they were in their Lowe's uniform. I'm assuming the employee is from this Lowe's because it's the closest one.
She dark skin, with short hair and a tiny bun on top of her head. She was wearing the Lowe's vest, a black shirt with a necklace, and gray jeans. The car she got into was either a light gray or white. The hood of the car was a little bent up.

I paid for a new Oklahoma Joe’s Grill. When I came to pick it up, I immediately noticed it was missing parts. Upon further inspection, I noticed it was a used grill that was completely dirty. When I asked the associate for help, they kept saying, “I don’t know, it says it was assembled in the back.” He ended up telling me the other ones they had were also damaged in some way. I ended up getting a refund and wasted almost an hour of my time. I don’t usually write reviews; however, this was an unacceptable experience.

Its got to a point where EVERY single time I come to this location, either someone is begging me for money in the parking lot, or an "employee" trying to sign me up for whatever bullshit in the store. Im OVER it. I am here on a weekly basis. Sometimes 3 times a week. Im about to just drive up to midlothian from now on.
Today's "employee" interaction, I stopped her before she started and said no thank you. I was extremely polite. She wanted to try to get closer to me and say "you dont even know what I was going to ask you."
I get its the job or whatever. But dont argue with me. Walk away. Her friend tried to stop my friend at checkout too. Im just trying to get my shit and go. They're even going up to customers trying to check out. Its uncomfortable and just unnecessary.
Set up a table or something. Let people who are interested come to you. Ugh. Even if i needed whatever service, this is NOT how you'll ever get my business.

I know this review isn’t going to make a difference and people will come here anyways because they put the local hardware store out of business. Here is my experience I went there for some nuts and washer to repair my toilet. Try to find a fit for myself couldn’t and went to the front desk to have someone assist me. I went back to the aisle waited 15 minutes no one came. Went to the front desk again and one lady was calling people and they weren’t answering before she went with me herself. This wasn’t her expertise so I end up blindly buying a bag that end up working. Wasted over an hour there and end up rolling the dice. Wanted to go to the hardware store to begin with but it went out of business and I’m stuck with Lowes.
