- JMJustin Musick4 days ago1.0Had spent over 1000 dollars there the past weekend, the first couple trips were good till last night, Haylee grizzle definitely needs to check her attitude along with the other one that was working last night, I didn’t catch her name, let alone I bought 20 pieces of roofing all together and she charges me for something that’s twice the amount, I had already bought 10 other sheets yesterday morning, and she was the cashier for that as well

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
