I visited this location, a few weeks ago, for the first time since moving to this area. I had three plumbing projects/ repairs that I was working on and needed some assistance to ensure that I was purchasing the right parts to get the right result. I found Ritchie in the Plumbing department and he assisted me with making sure that I had everything I needed. He also took the time to ensure that I had a great understanding of the proper installation. Thank you for all your help Richie!! All of my repairs went smoothly and were a success!!

The lady that was working at the self checkout was very rude. I asked her to help me and she said, you should know what you are doing. Everyone that comes here and makes a transaction like yours knows what to do. I said to her this is why you are working here. She then said, I don't know how to help you process the type of order you have so I began to try and figure it out. Eventually I did. When I printed the receipt she walked over to me and handed me the receipt from the machine and when I started to walk out she said, Have a good day. I then said to her, I will and Don't you mess up no else's day. She then mumbled something to me. I then said to her, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus and kept walking to get in my car as she still was mumbling to me. It was about 8pm when this happened. If I was not in a hurry to get home. I would have reported her to her manager. Lowes you need to remove her from Self checkout and put her in the back of the store or even out the store because she really does not like helping people and she is very,very,rude. I hope I never have to shop at this Lowes in portsmith again and I never want to she that lady working on selfcheck or anywhere again.
