This was by far the worst experience I’ve witnessed since dealing with ESS. The guy was very rude, had me wait for an hour only to speak to me as if I was nothing. Something has to be done about this guy, why work customer service when it seems you hate people..

This facility is subpar compared to the other facility on military, but there is nothing that can change that. Out front parking is limited, so if you pull a trailer like I do then be prepared for limited access.
I purchased a 10x20 unit and it happens to be on the fourth floor, where there is no A/C, but this place is supposed to be climate controlled, I had to rush and get out due to sweeting to death, couldn’t bring my couch in because my couch doesn’t fit in the elevator, go figure. I had to get another unit from military highway on the first floor just to put my couch in, very inconvenient for me but a profit for them.
The young lady was not at all helpful. She act as if helping the customer was not part of her job, and seemed overwhelmed with whatever her other tasks were. Im glad they make it convenient to do everything online, or else I would have to wait on her.
