- DCDerrick CarterApr 10, 20261.0I had a great experience with Jenny and the crew at Aaron’s. My home was to be serviced and the number that they had on file was not the number that I wanted to have them contact me on. I in fact called them from the number to assure they would call me on the right line. The account rep was so unprofessional in a sense of being condescending but I’m way beyond even going back and forth on irrelevant things. Teach her not to call anyone hun and we a customer has concern for something to show more empathy and she may not have to deal with a customer becoming more strong and direct in which she wants to call it anything but that. She also said it’s not her fault and no one blamed her so I knew there was a lack of understanding and defensiveness verses her identifying the issue and fixing it. She was terrible.

Eas in there Saturday 1-23-2026 around 230pm It was only one person in there working so I'm sure it was her dog! Why would you bring your dog into a furniture store know you sell stuff right off the floor! Dog could have fleas or anything just nasty

Alex introduce himself very polite. Directed me to items I was interested in, explained the process of rental versus buying. Very knowledgeable. The showroom is nicely laid out no clutter. I got several décor ideas from their arrangements. So far it's a excellent place of business. I say Go there try them out.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

Aaron's accepts cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards at most locations.
How does Aaron's Low Price Guarantee work?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
