Do not and I Repeat do not purchase from Lowe's if you think you may have a defective product and or will have to return a defective product. I speak on what I believe should be right and how they handled my clients return is far from correct. As a installer we see a lot of defective product and crap product especially when it comes to tile and lvp. My client purchased 10 boxes of select flooring. Just like any contractor they're going to measure and get their first box opened and get all of their cuts made for that first run/row. That's exactly what my technicians did and then they found out hey this product is not locking together properly and opened up a couple more boxes to take a look at those pieces and see what's going on and started measuring all of the pieces from the three boxes to say hey this flooring is completely defective some is cut longer than others some is thicker than others so it's completely defective product. So my client had to have us pack all that back up go return that and go get a entirely different flooring from floor and decor something that we trust. Lowe's said that they would only return nine boxes out of the 10 because two of the pieces had been cut in the 10th box. I did not try to hide this and I made them aware of it when I came in. The product is defective. The manager says well we cannot resell it why would you resell a defective product?? This wouldn't be the first time that we've returned a defective product and I've seen them put it right back out on the floor for resale. Save yourself the trouble and shop at Lowe's or floor and decor as they will return if you have a defective product.

This review speaks directly to the customer service/returns/pickups department. To simply put it, this group of employees are the rudest people I have ever encountered working in a store. I came in yesterday to pickup a couple of items that were ordered online. I asked the older woman at customer service where I could find the pickup area. Looking at me like I was an idiot for asking, she points to the blue shoes painted on the floor and says follow the steps. Sorry ma'am I'm not a regular in the store. When I head over to pickup and ask for assistance the younger lady working there looks me up and down and says I can't help you, you're not checked in. I asked what I needed to do to check in and she immediately gets frustrated like I'm an inconvenience to her. Apparently having an invoice is not enough and you have to punch your order into a computer screen on a back wall to check in and receive some assistance. Somebody could have simply said that without attitude. There was no need for any of it yesterday. It would have taken less than 30 seconds to provide me some simple assistance in picking up my items. If employees who work in customer service can't be bothered to help, whats the point in having them? Needless to say, I'll just avoid this location in the future.

I was in this store today about 12:15 to get a 2x8x8 piece of lumber. After I picked it out (that’s another story) and started carrying it I seen a lumber cart near where a Lowe’s employee was working on the same aisle. I said “Sir, are you using this cart”. He said "no and that I can push it away". I placed my 2x8x8 on it and started to push the cart. It had a bad wheel or something and wouldn't move very far but I think the employee knew that because of the way he started laughing. I picked up the lumber and walked away. I am old enough to be that Lowe’s employee’s grandfather. The guy at the self checkout didn't care to hear my complaint either. I’ve got more to say but Lowe’s on Military Hwy doesn’t care.
