  I set up a appointment for a estimated service repair and the sales clerk set me up a in home appointment with a door representative. We confirmed the date and time via email and everyday there was a email reminder. Confirmed the email and on the day of the appointment there was no verbal contact to confirm that someone was coming to my home. I never heard from Lowes that a rep was coming out to my home or not. However no one ever showed up or even called. Not a good way to establish business with a potential customer. Thanks Lowes for the no show...it seems like I will have to take my business elsewhere.

  Buyers BEWARE if you live in a building without an elevator they will not deliver your purchase if you are above the third floor. I live on the third floor and they included the steps to enter to building itself as an “extra floor”. The customer service was consistently rude to me when attempting to reschedule and after three failed attempts I spoke with the manager at RXO who they contract with who told me that they are BANNED from delivering over the third floor and it is company policy. Lowes customer service specifically Cassidy and Paul were extremely rude and kept telling me that RXO would send someone else but it was a never ending cycle. It’s like these people want you to take your business elsewhere. I am NEVER shopping at Lowe’s again and this has been the worst experience of my life. Please stop lying to customers and clearly communicate that you will not deliver above the third floor and that includes steps to enter the building as well.

  I had two very different customer service experiences at Home Depot and Lowe's, and the contrast couldn't have been clearer. On my first visit to Home Depot, I was looking for PVC fittings for a DIY curtain rod project. I didn't have the broom handles with me, but I had a picture and explained what I was trying to accomplish. After spending a long time walking the aisles trying to find someone to help, an older associate finally assisted me. Based on the picture, he recommended several PVC fittings. I purchased them, took them home, and discovered they didn't work. The next day, I returned with the actual broom handles so I could find the correct fitting. As I walked in, another associate asked if I needed help. I explained that I had been there the day before, showed him the broom handles, and explained what I was trying to do. He immediately told me he didn't know why I had been advised to buy the previous fittings because they weren't designed for what I needed. He then said he didn't think Home Depot carried anything that would work. When I asked if he could walk with me to the PVC aisle and help me look—especially since this was my second trip—he simply told me to go to aisle 9. I went, searched again on my own, couldn't find a solution, returned the items I had purchased the previous day, and left disappointed. I then decided to try Lowe's. The difference was night and day. A young associate named Jabari greeted me and took the time to understand my project. Instead of pointing me to an aisle, he stayed with me, compared different PVC fittings to my broom handles, and patiently worked through the trial-and-error process until we found the right solution. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. That is what outstanding customer service looks like. Many customers who walk into a home improvement store don't know exactly what they need. They rely on the knowledge and willingness of employees to help them solve a problem. Jabari didn't just tell me where something might be—he partnered with me to find the right solution. Lowe's, thank you for hiring employees like Jabari. I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves for his professionalism, patience, and commitment to helping customers. Employees like him build customer loyalty, create repeat business, and positively impact your company's reputation and bottom line. Because of this experience, Lowe's earned my business.

  I always go to Lowes. The employees are very helpful and ask if you need help or just say hello. That at least lets me know they are aware of my presence and are never to far away if I should need them.
