Worst Lowes, I have ever been to they have one checkout open and only for contractors with a line wrapping around the lumberyard. They have OSB and 9 foot seats obtainable but the OSB in 8 foot sheet requires them to come get the forklift the most common sheeting used in contracting. I spent $10,000 with Home Depot and I will continue to go there. I will never never ever go back to this lowes again

If I could give zero stars I would.
I’ve seriously never had a worse experience with a store. I brought in a window which was broken, had the associate (who worked in the windows and doors department) take measurements and order the window. I even helped by looking up the exact model of the window for them as well as measurements. I just relied on them to order it that was 2 months ago and three windows later all of them incorrect. The time and money I have spent on a $180 window has ended up costing me more than the actual window.
Not to mention the fact you can’t call and get a hold of anyone because they either literally hang up on you or fail to answer. Do not shop here they are incompetent and have zero customer service.
If anyone from Lowes reads this and decides they actually care please call me 🙏 I have emailed, left messages and sat on hold for HOURS: NO RESPONSE. I would physically come to the store but I’m not in the country.

We shopped at this Lowes yesterday and had the best experience! First,their customer service employees are top notch! We had a big problem that almost seemed unsolvable, but Tiffany (employee) went above and beyond to get to the bottom of it and everything was worked out.A BIG thank you to Tiffany!! Also it seemed that everyone we interacted with offered help or just a kind word , so refreshing! We left there with smiles on our faces! We’ll be back soon!

Standard lowes. Just dont try and return anything past 90 days even in the box. We bought 28k of appliances and kitchen cabinets/counter but by the time the counter was ready to be installed it was found the faucet purchased was incompatable. They would not take it back at 233.00. Lesson learned dont buy accesories for a large project until you know your ready to test them. Overall i like lowes and spent about 45k there this year but this was disapointing as a loyal customer that they would not even do a store credit. Long story short i threw the faucet back in the truck and walked in and bought 2 screen doors for 259.00.
