Great experience!! Bacou (I hope I am spelling it right) is amazing! I was super upset at an extra step that I have to take to secure my unit (he was unsure why because the extra step they asked me to take is uncommon), but he was very patient with me and never let the friendliness leave his voice. I appreciate good customer service!!
