- KNKaren NerakJun 21, 20262.0The guys that come out are nice. My problem is getting a hold of anyone in the office to schedule my quarterly service. It's like playing phone tag. Also, after a year of service, our bug problem has not improved much. Reply to company: in order for them to treat inside of my house, i have to call my tech. when I call my technician, I have to leave a voicemail everytime. When he calls back 2 days later, I miss the call. Have to call and leave another voicemail. This happens every 3 months and usually a few times before actually talking to the tech. With my previous pest control company, I never had this issue. I scheduled my appt with the office person and never had to play phone tag with a tech who is out driving and working all day out of a truck.
