  After an extensive home remodel, we were very excited about getting a LoveSac couch. We went into the local store in mid-June and ordered a “stock” couch as we didn’t want o have a long wait to revive the couch. We paid over $5K for the couch and $300K for the third party/white glove company (FragilePAK) to deliver and assemble the couch. We were told we would have the couch in mid-July (4 weeks). In late July we starting calling both the local store and FragilePAK. Over the last 4 weeks we have received conflicting stories as to whether the couch had arrived at FragilePAK. One person would tell us it’s in stock and ready to be assembled and delivered while another would tell us it’s not in stock. Finally, earlier this week we were told that the soonest the couch would arrive to FragilePAK would be August 24 and they would call to schedule delivery once it was in stock. We had finally had enough and decided to hedge our losses and cancel the order after wasting two months with this company. We did an extensive three-month gut job/overhaul of our home and the most frustrating part was trying to get a couch.

  My experience with Lovesac has been absolutely terrible, and I ultimately had to cancel my order. For the premium price they charge, I expected premium service, but the communication and customer service were unbelievably poor. I was repeatedly told that my order had arrived and was ready to schedule for delivery, only to later be told it was still in transit. Even after going to the store in person to straighten everything out, the employee working alone could not give me any accurate information or resolve the problem. There was a complete disconnect between Lovesac and its delivery company, FragilePAK, and no one seemed to know where my furniture actually was. I specifically chose a standard fabric instead of a custom option so I could receive my couch quickly, yet the order remained “in transit” for weeks. I was given conflicting information over and over, and I had to spend far too much time calling, following up, and trying to get answers. After all the delays, misinformation, and lack of accountability, I completely lost confidence in the company and canceled my order. A couch at this price point should come with dependable delivery and knowledgeable customer service. Unfortunately, Lovesac provided neither. I would not recommend ordering from them.
