I had a unit here for 2 years and have no complaints - Never had an issue with bugs or rodents, facilities were always clean, and staff was always pleasant. Would rent here again. The front desk worker, I think Rick, went out of his way to be helpful when I was moving out of my unit by making the process easy and getting me a cart.
