  We had a great experience with Black Goose Chimney! They were very professional, friendly, and did a really thorough job inspecting and sweeping our chimney. I was especially impressed with how clean they left everything when they were finished. It’s always refreshing to have a company that takes pride in their work and truly cares about doing a good job. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Black Goose Chimney!

  A couple of years ago Black Goose Chimney replaced my old wood stove with a more attractive and efficient one. They come out yearly now to inspect everything from the wood box to the flu, and clean/sweep my stove system. I get photos as part of their detailed report so I can see the condition of all components from the flu to the fire bricks. They are very professional, considerate, and treat me like I am their #1 priority. I give them 5 stars and fully recommend them. -Gene Monroe

  Vinieron a inspeccionar el conducto de ventilación de mi secadora y el técnico fue excelente: muy profesional y atento. Nos explicó que posiblemente necesitaríamos una segunda inspección, así que el supervisor regresó para hacer una visita de seguimiento. Nos aseguró que todo estaba funcionando correctamente y de manera segura, y también limpió el área del conducto de ventilación de la secadora. La señora de la oficina también fue muy amable y servicial durante todo el proceso. Además, una persona nos ayudó traduciendo durante toda la visita y respondió todas nuestras preguntas, lo cual apreciamos muchísimo. En general, tuvimos una excelente experiencia y definitivamente los recomendaríamos.

  Bobby and another gentleman came to our house and did an outstanding job on our gas fireplace! They cleaned it out completely, replaced old lava rocks with updated rocks, test fired and fully explained the whole process. If/when we’ll need service again, we’ll definitely call Black Goose!
