  Called to ask about bird removal and chimney capping. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful, acting like I was the first person to ever call about such a common issue. She offered no assistance whatsoever, and with an attitude, about who to call about humanely removing the birds.

  Amazing job! Excellent craftsmanship. Great value and communication. They replaced an old, irreparable gas fireplace, installed a floor to ceiling wall bumpout and a beautiful stone surround. Totally customized. It turned out even better than I ever imagined. Other companies failed to return my calls or quoted me much higher cost and longer times to complete the job. I highly recommend Black Goose.

  Responsive and professional. I used them to do dryer vent inspections and a sweep. They also added bird cages to my dryer vents that were necessary to keep birds from nesting in the vents. They did a great job and took care of it quickly.
